Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms explain the rules for using services provided by VPNSeven. Before creating an account, choosing a plan, or using the service, please read this page and our Privacy Policy. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel. If you do not accept these rules, please stop using the service.
Service Scope and Billing
VPNSeven offers network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access and access to international websites. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription configurations are available through the user panel; the available routes are as shown there.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire.
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before confirming an order, check the plan, billing method, and data allowance. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different usage rules; do not apply the monthly reset rules to data packages.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
No email address is required. Create an account using a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription URL secure. The subscription URL contains access credentials and must not be published publicly, shared with others, or uploaded to a public repository. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and request assistance with your subscription configuration through a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own devices or devices they are authorized to use; it does not permit resale or providing shared access to others. Renting or reselling accounts, distributing subscriptions, or using an account to provide paid access to third parties is prohibited.
Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their location and those relevant to their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distribution of malicious software, or infringement of others’ rights. When accessing third-party services, users must also follow their account, regional, and content-use rules.
Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a support ticket in the user panel. Include the relevant order information and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. You do not need to cite a service issue as the reason.
To verify a request, VPNSeven may ask for necessary information related to order ownership and payment records. Do not submit account passwords, full subscription URLs, or sensitive payment details in a support ticket. Refund updates will be communicated through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; these terms do not guarantee a fixed processing time.
Service Availability and Limitations
Actual connection performance depends on local networks, device configuration, international links, destination websites, and maintenance changes. Routes may be adjusted temporarily for maintenance or in response to network changes. Information about regions and route types does not mean that a particular website, app, or piece of content will always be accessible, and does not guarantee a fixed speed or continuous availability.
Third-party platforms set their own policies for content, accounts, and regions. Users should keep copies of important information and avoid relying on a single connection for critical business operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNSeven is not responsible for third-party platform decisions or network events beyond its reasonable control. This statement does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and Account Termination
If VPNSeven detects unlawful use, account resale, public distribution of subscriptions, or activity that threatens service security, it may suspend the relevant access, investigate the circumstances, and terminate account use depending on the nature of the violation. In urgent security situations, access may be restricted first, with details provided through the user panel.
Users may challenge a restriction through a support ticket and provide relevant information. Account restrictions, termination, and refund requests are reviewed separately. This section does not replace the refund terms above or affect rights users have under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Contact
When service rules change, VPNSeven will update this page and its last-updated date. Changes that materially affect users’ interests will be explained through a site announcement or a notice in the user panel. New prices or plan rules are governed by the information shown when an order is confirmed; later page updates do not automatically apply retroactively to existing orders.
If you have questions about changes, order rules, or service handling, contact us through a support ticket. The Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information. If these terms conflict with mandatory applicable law, that law takes precedence.
